Galaxy A56 5G (2025) — Best Overall
Moto G Power 5G (2024) — Best Budget
Galaxy S22 5G — Best Premium
These are 5G phones with carrier limits. The Moto G Power 5G listing is unlocked, and 5G still needs a plan and coverage. The Galaxy A56 5G page says new US activations are supported only on T-Mobile and its MVNOs, and it has no US manufacturer warranty. The Galaxy S22 listing is the international SM-S901B/DS, which the page says is not compatible with CDMA carriers such as Verizon and Sprint, and it has no US warranty. Unlocked does not mean every carrier. The three products below are the ones this page will actually discuss, and each one keeps the role that matches its features. Best Overall is Galaxy A56 5G (2025). Best Budget is Moto G Power 5G (2024). Best Premium is Galaxy S22 5G. Black Friday is when those three get cropped into one row. Read the model, the size, and the included parts before you read the badge.
The Galaxy A56 5G (2025) is the Best Overall pick because of the features on its listing. Unlocked Galaxy A56 5G with a 6.7-inch 120 Hz Super AMOLED display, a triple rear camera, IP67, and a 5,000 mAh battery. More cameras and an AMOLED panel than the Moto, without the S22 telephoto lens. That is a feature difference, not a ranking of who is cheapest this week. The other models on this page are Moto G Power 5G (2024), Galaxy S22 5G.
Listed storage is 128GB, 8GB RAM; no SD card slot. Match the capacity. A different gigabyte figure is a different configuration of this model, not a small print detail. Color is Graphite. Match it to the catalog photo. A review photo of another color is not this listing. The picture line to keep is Display: 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED, 120 Hz, HDR10+, 1080 x 2340. Size class, resolution, and panel type are the television or the phone. A bright room in a photo does not change them. Protection is IP67. That rating is specific. Do not treat it as waterproof beyond what the rating itself means. Rear cameras is 50 MP f/1.8, 12 MP f/2.2, and 5 MP f/2.4. Compare camera hardware by what this listing names, not by a badge that only says the brand. Front camera is 12 MP f/2.2. Compare camera hardware by what this listing names, not by a badge that only says the brand. Battery is 5000 mAh. A kit that includes a battery or a charger is a different box from a tool-only or battery-not-included listing. Read the included list for this model, not for the brand. The processor on the Galaxy A56 5G (2025) listing is Exynos 1580. Match the full name. A related model with a shorter or older chip name is not this configuration. The operating system listed is Android 15. Confirm the edition or the version, because a nearby listing can ship a different one under a similar name. Network is 5G; factory unlocked international model. Wi-Fi generations and carrier lines are compatibility, not slogans. If two coverage figures disagree, keep both in view until the live page picks one. Charger is 25W charger included in this bundle. A kit that includes a battery or a charger is a different box from a tool-only or battery-not-included listing. Read the included list for this model, not for the brand. The variant on this page is 128GB, dual SIM, factory unlocked. Color, capacity, and kit contents inside that variant are part of the identity, not decorations. This configuration is listed as new. A renewed or used offer that reuses the photo is a different offer.
The page says new US activations are supported only on T-Mobile and its MVNOs, and there is no US manufacturer warranty. Keep that limitation next to the model name when you decide.
Choose the Galaxy A56 5G (2025) when it is the configuration you will actually use most days, not when it is merely the middle photo. Skip it when a single spec on another listing is the whole point of the search, such as a larger size, a battery the overall kit does not include, or a department this model does not fit. During Black Friday, confirm the model string in the cart after the page has pushed a bundle or a different color.

Choose the Moto G Power 5G (2024) when you want the simpler feature set this listing actually names, and you have checked the size, the contents, and the compatibility against your house. Skip it when the missing feature is the one you came for. That feature is on one of the other two listings, not hidden inside this one. Black Friday grids will still place it beside the more equipped models and hope the brand name does the persuading.
The Galaxy S22 5G is the Best Premium pick because of the features on its listing. Galaxy S22 5G with a Dynamic AMOLED 2X 120 Hz display listed at 1,300 nits and a triple camera that includes a 3x telephoto with OIS. The part or style number to match is SM-S901B/DS. If the carton or the title shows a different number, you are looking at a different configuration of a related product. The variant on this page is SM-S901B/DS, 128GB, 8GB RAM, factory unlocked. Color, capacity, and kit contents inside that variant are part of the identity, not decorations. Choose the Galaxy S22 5G when you want the extra capability this listing describes and you can use it. Skip it when that capability does not fit the room, the carrier, the battery system, or the person wearing it. Premium here means the fuller feature set on the page. It does not mean a measured winner, and it does not mean the carton contains accessories the title never lists.
5G Phone Black Friday Deals 2026: How to Choose
Start with the job, then the model string. Galaxy A56 5G (2025) is the overall configuration. Moto G Power 5G (2024) is the simpler one. Galaxy S22 5G is the fuller one. Write down the one spec you cannot compromise on, whether that is size, carrier, battery, resolution, or fit, and drop any listing that fails it. A shared brand is not a shared product.
Check the box list against the title when it arrives. Black Friday photos add monitors, batteries, bags, and second bottles that the carton does not contain. Keep the packaging until the model number on the product matches the title. A scuffed outer box is not the same problem as the wrong model inside it.
Use the return window for fit and compatibility. A correct model that is the wrong size for the room, the foot, the bed, or the vehicle is still a return, and it is a cleaner return before anything is washed, registered, or worn outside. Do not wait for a later coupon to fix a mismatch you can already see.
None of these three is a price prediction. If a seller adds a percentage off, that number is the seller’s offer for that hour, not a fact this page can freeze. What you can freeze is the identity: Moto G Power 5G (2024) for the simpler feature set, Galaxy A56 5G (2025) for the everyday configuration, and Galaxy S22 5G for the fuller one. Match the listing, then decide whether the offer in front of you is worth completing.
On arrival, the Galaxy A56 5G (2025) should still match the lines that put it in the Best Overall slot: Storage: 128GB, 8GB RAM; no SD card slot; Color: Graphite; Display: 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED, 120 Hz, HDR10+, 1080 x 2340; Protection: IP67; Rear cameras: 50 MP f/1.8, 12 MP f/2.2, and 5 MP f/2.4; Front camera: 12 MP f/2.2. If a single one of those lines has changed on the live title, stop and re-read before you unpack the rest. Black Friday replacements sometimes ship a nearby configuration in the same brand box. The configuration, not the brand, is what this section described.
